This new design of foam roller is the best thing for arms and legs. It is small, lightweight, and easy to use. Perfect for massaging your legs and arms after a workout or a long day of biking, hiking, standing, whatever. Feels great, and really loosens up tight muscles. It's small enough to take in my gym bag, and I also keep it with me in the truck to use when I stop to stretch and walk around. Really helps relieve stiffness. I highly recommend this roller - the price is excellent, and unlike large foam rollers, it's super easy to keep handy and use whenever you feel the need.

I recently upgraded my home gym so I thought I’d upgrade my roller, and I’m so glad I did! I’m very happy with the quality and has provided relief on my sore muscles after a tough workout. The collapsibility of the roller is an added bonus so I can tuck it away nicely. I usually travel quite a bit for work so I’m excited to be able to pack it with me.
